Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at studio267mapleridge@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We do not accept payments online at this time.  On the day you are attending a class, you can bring cash or send an e-transfer to studio267mapleridge@gmail.com for the cost of that class. We do not accept debit or credit card payments.

We do not offer the option of buying class cards at this time.  We also do not want people paying for multiple drop in classes in advance in case life (yours or ours) gets in the way and prevents us from attending/holding a class.  We want to keep things simple and easy going and don't want to have to worry about refunds.  That being said, there may be instances where pre-paying is required.  For example if we put on a workshop with a guest teacher.

Send an email to studio267mapleridge@gmail.com letting us know you need to cancel.  List your name, the date of the class, the class name and start time.  Please cancel at least 2 hours before the start of the class, or a cancelation fee may apply.
