Good for 4, 1 hour drop in classes.  GST included. Expires 60 days after date of purchase.  Can be shared with a family member (spouse/partner/child/parent) but not with a friend.  Cannot be used for workshops with guest teachers. No refunds.

For individuals looking for private or semi-private ballet, contemporary or yoga classes. Price starts at $50.00/per hour for one individual (GST not included).  For private group classes, hourly rate will depend on the number of individuals in attendance.  Please email to enquire.

For emerging or professional dance artists, small companies & collectives. $30.00/per hour.  Must carry insurance.  Space not to be used for holding classes or workshops to members outside the company/collective. Max occupancy is 10 individuals. No tap or any other hard shoe rehearsal. Must sign rental contract.

For choreographers/teachers looking for space to rehearse competitive level solos and duos for teenagers and adults.  $30/per hour.  Must carry insurance.  Must provide criminal record check.  Space not to be used for holding classes for anyone other than soloist/duo. NO tap or any other hard shoe rehearsals. Must sign rental contract.

For competitive level, teenage students looking for space to rehearse solos / duos for competition when original choreographer is unable to attend.  $50.00/per hour.  Includes space & Studio 267 teacher (Krystal Psota) who will open/close studio, run solo/duo, start/stop music, give feedback on technique, clean and close studio.  Hour may be split between 2 students. No tap or any other hard shoe rehearsals.
