2024 Price List
Real Estate Photography
Photography price includes edited, wide angle flash photography images of every room of the listing, a front and rear exterior picture as well as pictures of the yard or lobbies, amenity rooms, playgrounds, etc. Images are sent via e-mail to you in a compressed format for Paragon/MLS and also in full size, high resolution via Google Drive or Drop Box. (All prices are subject to GST). 24 - 48 hour turn-around time (depending on workload).

Photo Slide Show
Photo Slide Show price includes a creative video slideshow using the photos taken of the property set to music. Price below is in addition to the cost of the photo shoot price above. Video slide show will be sent to you via email and shared on my Youtube channel. (All prices are subject to GST). 24 - 48 hour turn-around time (depending on workload).

Exterior / Interior Partial Re-Shoot

Sky Swap

If it was rainy cloudy on photo day and you want a blue sky instead. Price is per image.
Rush Surcharge

If you need your photos edited and returned to you the same day as the photo shoot.
Acreage Charge

For properties 1 acre + in size with require photos of the acreage/outbuildings/land features beyond a front and rear shot of the primary residence and yard space around the house.
Travel Charge

Videography & Drone
Cinematic Video
Cinematic Videos are recorded in HD with a wide angle lens and include creative shots of each room/area of the property as well as shots of the exterior of the building and yard space, edited together and set to appropriate music. For large acreages where you desire additional video of the acreage/outbuildings, there will be an extra charge. Drone videography is an additional charge. Video will be sent to you via email & posted on my YouTube channel. Turn around time is 3-5 business days.

Drone Photography & Videography
My ultra lightweight drone takes images with a 48MP Camera and records video in ultra HD 4k/60fps. Turn around time for drone still images is 24-48 hours. Turn around time for drone videography is 3-5 business days.

Price is per image. 2 images minimum required unless photo shoot is booked the same day.
Lot Outlines

Drawing the lot outlines on an arial still shot of a property.
Drone videography for Cinematic Videos

Want to add some drone video shots to the cinematic video of your listing? A great way to showcase an acreage or the location of a property. Price is additional to the cost of a cinematic video.
Fly over video of exterior / acreage

A drone video of the exterior of a listing set to music. A great way to showcase a large acreage with multiple outbuildings.
